EREAFSL Flexi Practice Framework
Edmund Rice Education Australia Flexible Schools Ltd (EREAFSL) is excited to announce the release of the Flexi Practice Framework.
This document has been created over the past 18 months utilising a thorough process involving national consultation across all parts of the organisation, countless working groups, experiments, and engagement with external designers and IT experts.
EREAFSL has been working with Young People in this way for 40 years. In the beginning, wisdom figures were able to share our ways of working through story and spending time together. As we’ve grown into a national organisation with over 20 schools across the country, we have incorporated all that makes Flexi what it is today into the Flexi Practice Framework.
There are three Defining Characteristics of the Flexi Practice Framework:
- Standing on Common Ground
- An Inclusive Community
- Resilient and Hopeful Young People
Each Characteristic has “Enablers” that makes it possible for the Defining Characteristic to be a consistent practice of EREA Flexible Schools.
We look forward to this document guiding staff as they develop their Flexi Practice.
