Kathleen is Acting Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary of EREAFSL, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer. She works closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to deliver the organisation’s strategic priorities across the national network, with a focus on strong governance and sustainable systems that endure. Underpinning all of this is her belief that every Young Person deserves access to an education that meets them where they are, now and into the future.
