As the National Director of Schools, Adam provides strategic and operational oversight of Flexi and Special Schools nationally. Across more than a decade with EREA Flexible Schools, Adam has served in school, network and regional leadership roles across multiple states and territories, supporting communities committed to Young People who experience vulnerability and marginalisation. His leadership is shaped by the Edmund Rice story and charism, and by a deep belief in inclusive, hope-filled learning communities where Young People and staff can experience belonging, dignity and possibility.
